Yoga & Wellness Breaks


Taking the time to go on a retreat is an important practice in self care, giving yourself the opportunity to reconnect with what is important. This will be a brilliant way to break free of old patterns, release limitations and inspire your path forward.

Leithen Lodge is a grade A, historically important house in the Scottish Borders surrounded by beautiful countryside, the river Tweed and our private lake.

Whilst staying at the Leithen Lodge for Scottish yoga and wellness breaks you will enjoy a variety of yoga classes instructed by talented yoga teachers, as well as meditation time. Yoga will be held in our exquisite ballroom, where the log burning stove gives a warmth to this enchanting space.

Our upcoming retreats are held by Zoe from Hotyoganics who is a highly skilled and experienced international yoga teacher with a wealth of knowledge to share. Our retreats are designed to cater for and challenge all levels. Zoe will be able to help you with your set intention for the weekend and set you on your way to reach your desired goal. We only allow a certain amount of students so our retreats are personable, making our classes a more intimate experience.

All organic alkaline vegetarian meals will be provided in the comfort of your very own apartment. Saturday night, however dinner will be in the dining room so that guests can further experience the principal house and enjoy a served meal by the glow of the open fire. We grow all our own vegetables on site and have our very friendly chickens providing us with fresh eggs every morning. For that which we do not grow on the estate, we ensure we source locally. There will be fresh juices and a selections of our own range of organic teas available and our water comes straight from our very own Scottish spring and through our filtration system.

A wide range of beauty treatments are available, including massage and Guinot facials, with 30% off the full listed price for yoga guests. There is also hill walking for those that would like to take in the glorious surroundings.
